A 360 degrees turn around! I was hesitant in returning to this location, because of the incident several months ago that I had... with the crew. This time when I entered the restaurant, I noticed a nicely casually dressed Asian young man talking with theline staff, he must have been the manager or a Regional or District Manager, because he was very professional, well mannered andhad a good repor with the employees. It appears that the previous employees that I had problems where no longer there. Theemployees that were there were, cheerful, polite and kind, it completely COUGHT me off guard! The feeling that I had was incomplete opposite to my last visit, so I'm updating my review to 5 stars because the drastic change for the good! Thant youCorporate for making the necessary changes, because something was seriously wrong with that last crew that Iencountered!!! Previous visit! NO RESPECT! Where do I start? Walked into this location, stood at the counter forapproximately 10 mins, employees acted as if I was invisible! I asked one of the servers standing three feet in front of me,"don't you see me standing here, what's wrong with you?" Crickets! A cook in the cooking area, blurted out, can't you see thatwe are closed? I told him no, why would I be asking for service, if I knew you were closed? if you are closed, why then is thefront door not locked, and why didn't anybody, inform me of that fact? instead of making me look like a fool, standing in-frontof the counter like a dummy for ten minutes. It was now 10:30 am and another customer walked in, and one of the servers startedto serve that customer, I asked that server, what was she doing? I was standing here first, at that time, the customerapologized to me, saying that, he didn't mean to cut in front me, I told him, he was not the problem, that they were. For some reason, anytime I select the dinner plate with anything other than orange chicken (example - beef and broccoli), I end... up with three pieces of meat and a plate full of vegetables. If I didn't want any meat then I would have ordered a vegetarianplate. I have been to this location 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times they have really skimped me on the meat. Better take your previous order receipts when going to Panda Express. They will overcharge you, and then you have to give them... the receipt from the last time, and they fix it. Wonder how many customers this place is overcharging across the country. Iam giving 2 stars because the food is great, but this place is shady when charging the correct prices. Read more

I will give zero stars if I can, kid's meal portion size is down more than 30-40% while the price has gone up. The manager who... was preparing the order pretty much was counting the number of chicken pieces he put. When you increase the price at least keepthe portion size same. This kid's meal is not worth $7 for sure, no point in wasting money at Panda Express. Read more

I ordered online and picked up food multiple times. The food was always ready and warm. Never had any issues. The place is new... and looks very clean. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Read more

Went to pick up dinner, ordered 2 panda bowls with mushroom chicken, the zucchini in the dish was hard as a rock! Tried to call... this location to speak to a manager and I was informed he was on break and to call back in an hour. So disappointed! Read more

Very slow service. There's usually a line a 7-10 min wait in the drive-thru. I love the super greens as the healthy alternative.... The issue is they don't cut the broccoli stems, I've gotten some that were 2 inches long and very thick. Those plastic forkscan't stick a tree limb. Needs better prep. In an effort to do the absolute least in customer service, napkins appear to not beavailable unless requested. Read more
