Definitely getting a 1 star review after I got a text that my order was ready and 15mins later, it still wasn?t. Wasted my whole... lunch break just to leave the restaurant with no food. The manager definitely needs training on how to resolve things like this,she lacks empathy and didn?t even offer an apology. If gotta wait 30+ minutes for a sandwich and coffee, I don?t want it. The girl at the register has no idea how to listen or what she is doing. She had to ask for my phone number for rewards four... times! Then I ordered two asiago cheese bagels WITH cream cheese (for myself) and a plain bagel WITH cream cheese (for myfiancee). So there was supposed to be three packages of cream cheese, one for each bagel. I got to my destination to find outthere was NO cream cheese for the Asiago bagels! Having bagels without cream cheese is pointless, plus they charge you for thecream cheese. So I am very upset and if I ever do return I will be talking to the manager. This location has gone downhill fast. Tables are left dirty so it's difficult to find a seat unless you clean it yourself. Staff... is not too attentive to the front counter. But worst of all, I see people laying down and sleeping in booths. One individual inparticular I see each time I visit this location!! Read more
found a cockroach in my Cobb salad. This was a take-out - ordered in the store. I Called the manager, Martha Castro, and she got... really defensive and said we needed to bring back the salad and blamed it on the lettuce vendor. She wouldn?t refund us withoutthe salad. We returned all the food, 12 min drive lol. She didn?t apologize and was extremely rude about the wholething. We like to stop by Panera Bread a couple times a month. Usually good fresh food. Our service at the counter was excellent.... Channel was friendly and professional. We were disappointed how long it took to get our frozen drink. I had to get up 3 times toask for it. It's like they forgot about us... several times.... Read more
I am currently in isolation and wanted to ensure that I order food safely from restaurants to keep myself and others safe. From... Panera bread I ordered a Turkey sandwich, chips, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. My delivery from Uber came quickly and waspackaged correctly. My issue is not with Uber, it?s with Panera. Upon opening my sandwich, which was packed tightly and sealed,I saw a long brown piece of hair tucked in my sandwich. I was immediately disgusted and was not able to eat the sandwich. Now Idon?t have lunch. I had also asked for extra onions and pickles. I got the extra onions but did not get the pickles. I nolonger trust this location for delivery. Read more
Usually I had good experience at Panera locations. It has many options for food. The staff here is friendly, but every time I... have visited, I always had to remind them to refill coffee, hot water cans. I had to ask them to refill milk as well. Most ofthe times I don?t see this location being very busy either. Maybe they can work on that. Read more
This Panera is just ?ok? in my opinion. The food is alright, but is not as good as other locations. What brings the quality of... this location down the most is the cleanliness and service. Each time I?ve visited this restaurant it?s always dirty; dirtytables, the drink station is especially dirty and flies hang around, and the floors have trash such as wrappers and crumbs allover. The service is also less than other locations. They have people by the kitchen window, but for some reason they can?tbring you your food (like other Panera locations) but make you come grab all of your items. There?s never really any greetingswhen entering or exiting the restaurant. Overall it just feels like they really don?t care if you visit or not. For the costthere?s just far too many other sandwich shops nearby that provide better value and service. Read more
