I would give them -5 if I could, not even worth one star. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:15 pm. As I am writing this it is... 9:30 pm and still no delivery. Worst place ever. I had to call and ask where my order was, put me on hold for 10 minutes andthen said, oh it was just picked up for delivery from door dash. I do not use door dash because they are so unreliable. Update- order should up and the pizza was cold and the soda was warm. Sent the wrong soda. I will never order from this place again. Read more
This is by far the worst franchise I have ever ordered from. I called to complain about my cold pizza and these nasty wings that... they sent me. The person on the phone that claimed to be the manager hung up on me, blocked my number, and refused to give me arefund. I asked for the owners information and they said I need to find that information on my own. I want my money back!!! Yourstore should be shut down! No wonder your ratings are 2.8!! Read more
I was surprised to see the bad ratings because this place is clean, fast and efficient. I ordered online and I arrived at the... store 10 min later and the person behind the counter handed me the pizzas. I was in the store for less than 1 min. Super fast! Iwill return to this location. Read more
If using frozen dough they need to make sure pizza is cooked properly, dissatisfied I got under cooked doughy pizza. after a 45... mnts still that dough feels cold inside the pizza. Read more
I ordered two medium pizzas and ended up with a one small and the other mostly burnt bread since there was absolutely no sauce... on it. I take the pizzas back to get remade and it's a two hour wait. So I settle on a refund which i thought I got when thelady gave me a receipt and recited the refund total. Luckily I checked the receipt before I left and saw I was just handedanother customer's receipt. Went back again and finally got my refund receipt. I placed an order online for delivery and long story short it took 3.5 hrs and it took my girlfriend going to pick it up. Still... excited about pizza we open the box to ugliest pizza I?ve ever seen. The manager Alex is a rude person and has no ethics to speak with a customer. I ordered to large pizza's well done and I know... how well done is. It is nicely baked not burnt to ashes. The pizza was clearly overcooked and burnt like cardboard and themanager was not at all interested in even listening to the concern. She was outright rude and was not interested in evenspeaking empathetically. Here are some pictures u guys be the judge. -10 stars This was the worst papa John experience I have ever had in my life. The fact I have to give it one star is a outrage... for me. I ordered a large sausage, ham, and bacon pizza had it delivered only to get a small BBQ chicken pizza which took 30 minto recieve. So, I called and made a complaint the manager told me she would have the right pizza delivered alone with a dessertor a 2 liter drink. I was also told by the manager that it would take another 30 min so, a total of a hour waiting for the rightpizza and 2 liter drink. Wait for it I received the right pizza after a whole hour and no 2 liter drink. I called in to complainagain and was told to bring the pizza back for refund the manager did nothing to make things right for me. I had to leave myhome to go take the pizza back for a refund wasting my gas. I am never going back to papa johns ever again until things are maderight for me cause 1 hour and my order wrong both times is just a outrage. -10 stars Read more
