Ordered a stuff crust large pizza and a Detroit large. Both cold stail and hard. So nasty and plain tasting .

As a long time customer of pizza hut, I was very disappointed with the customer service/racial insults of an employee by the... name ARMANDO over. the phone on 08/14/2022 at 9:20pm. After waiting well over an hour for our food, my husband called to checkon the status of our food & the employee by the name ARMANDO answered & was bothered by our call to check on the pizza, when werequested his name he said Armando you should know because you are a dirty Mexican . I was appalled and told him that I wasPeruvian and I would no longer need the pizza & would be filing a complaint. He began to tell me it didn't matter, he said togo in person to the store to confront him. This has left us very shocked up & scared to be honest considering he knows ouraddress & made such insulting remarks.. PLEASE make sure to ensure quality service as well as customer service as pizza huts#1priority. When it comes to training employees . Waited over an hour for delivery and then called. They said my order was SITTING THERE and that MAYBE it would be delivered in... the next 20 to 30 minutes. It ended up being another 20 minutes, so an hour and 20 minutes for LUKEWARM to COLD FOOD, chickenwings and chicken pasta.
