Would give this place a 0/5 if I could. I placed a delivery order to be delivered within 25-35 mins. After waiting one hour I... called the store to check the status of my order. They informed me that my order was canceled and that the manager was supposedto contact me to tell me. I received no email or phone call to let me know my order was canceled. The charge on my credit cardwas not refunded. Pizza Hut corporate will not do the right thing and I suppose this is a franchised location with absenteeownership who do not care about their consumers. They mentioned the reason they canceled the order was because they ran out ofcheese. Why even let people place orders online if you do it have vital ingredients? Utterly ridiculous. Read more
Part of my order was missing. Their phone must not work. I called multiple times and not one answer. Eventually it just goes to... a busy signal and hangs up. Pretty disappointed. Never had an issue with a Pizza hut quite like this. Read more

The manager last night was awesome!! It was only two of them in the store trying making all these orders but stayed calm and got... my food out in no time!! Awesome job for having two staff working!! Keep up the great job! Read more
Don?t order delivery from this location. We ordered twice and orders weren?t delivered both times. After waiting for over an... hour for the pizza that should have been delivered within 30-40 min, we called the store to check in the order status and weretold that their door dash driver isn?t available so if we can pickup the order ourselves. They didn?t even bother to call us tonotify about this. Same situation twice, with several months between both the orders. Really disappointing service. Read more
When I complained about the lack of cheese, the manager (young black female with long braids/she refusedto give me her name)... said it was in the crust, I said excuse me, she replied sir we use a quarter cup of cheese and you have the option to purchaseextra cheese. This female was a smart a-s-s & appeared to be under the influence but I believe she was being honest (look atthe picture the cheese is white there is almost none). Read more
