RUN to Jamba Juice, or tropic cafe! This place left the worse taste in my life. unfortunately was not able to make the smoothie... taste anything edible. I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life! When I couldn?t be there in theallotted time for the mobile order, I called and talk to the lady that I would need to cancel my order or need to remake a newone when I get there because Ill be there due to accident which looked like at least a hour out. She reassure me that it wasput in the cooler and they were good. When I did pull up to the parking lot, I called the store front and asked them to kindlybring out the drinks because it was difficult to get my crying baby out. They said ok and literally 5 minutes later I asked themto please bring a water out with the drinks so they could get the hint that I am still waiting. At least 20minutes I called themthe 3rd time if they could at least meet me at the door because my baby is soiled, hungry and angry by this time. The very youngemployee handed me a brown strawberry smoothie and warm green smoothie. My baby threw up at the taste of this and he drinks thisall the time I not only wasted 40 minutes but my child is sick from what was clearly spoiled. I gave them back their smoothieand I told them I could not wait for them to get their act together. This experience is suppose to be efficient. They couldn?teven let me talk to the managerbut proceeded to let me overhear their lies ?that I didn?t know she was outside? and the manager(whose voice was the lady I spoke to before) told them to tell me to come Monday so I can get free smoothies. I already paid forthese drinks and all I wanted was a refund.i live over hour away. Smoothie king lost a loyal regular customer for over decade.Icalled corporate multiple times on their website and phone and left messages butvno response. I?m highly disappointed in theirmanagement and their smoothies are over priced. It?s time to use my vitamix blended. Read more

I am visiting from another state and waited to be serviced and the employees NEVER acknowledged me and once all the customers... were given their drinks the lady grabbed a mobile order ticket and the other one continued doing what she was doing. I leftwithout purchasing anything. Customer service obviously is not their strong suit. Considering I?m moving here it?s safe to say IWON?T EVER visit this location. Read more
I will NEVER again order smoothies from this location (7300 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving TX) on Saturday. I ordered my usual 40oz... smoothies yesterday and the Saturday before and they were very watery! I never had that issue when ordering during weekdays. ***Smoothie King should ensure the quality of their smoothies is consistent regardless of the day and/or who makes them. VERYDISAPPOINTED!!!
