Hey man I don't mind eating here, but if yall are going to advertise 28% cash back on Get Upside, and then lose my record of... purchase so that I don't get paid, I'll take my business elsewhere. I've eaten here 3 times and scanned all my receipts but yourrecords probably show that I haven't eaten here once. I smell shady business practices and that's not necessary. Look, if youcan only afford 1% to 5% just be upfront about it. The salad is good enough for a return visit, you don't have to lie to meabout how much you're gonna pay me back just to get my foot in the door. I missed out on 20 dollars cause of you. I hate to write this review because the manager seemed to be very nice. It appears that the staff was new. However, I ordered... chips and salsa. The guy put my chips in a small box with the salsa. The problem is, he put the salsa in the same box whichdidn't allow him to put enough chips. They gave my friend the wrong chips. She wanted tortilla, they gave her yams, which shedoesn't like. I'm disappointed because I ordered tortilla soup and I bought chips because they don't offer chips with the soup.The few chips i received was not worth the money I spent. This place is a hidden gem. The food is really good. It would help though, if the staff actually liked their jobs. The person... that waited on me never cracked a smile from the moment I walked in. None of them did. There were no greetings, noconversation, no thank uou for coming in...nothing! If you have a job in any kind of service, then serve, with a smile andserve with guests, or find something else. I will eat there again, but I know to lower the bar on the service. Read more
Craving salad and just too much of a bumb to go shop and prepare for myself. This location was very short-staffed with only 3... people with 1 of those being new and in training, but they did an AMAZING job under the circumstances. My salad was pricey, butI got exactly what I wanted so, that made it worth my while. I got the grilled avocado and added grilled shrimp. Mmm mmmmmmmm! Quality and experience: This is a great place to eat fresh and clean nutritious meals. Their products are awesome, because... almost every product is organic. I normally go to make my own salad, however the menu changed. If you go for their signaturesalad is good. But if you go to make your own salad now instead of getting 8 choices of toppings you?ll only get 6. Thus, theprice of what it used to be the bigger bowl, now you merely get one size of salad. Came here a full 45 minutes before they closed. They were only serving 1/2 of their toppings. The other 1/2 were pulled out... and being put away for tomorrow. Plus, I asked for croutons as my crunchy topping, and they did not put the croutons on mysalad. Bad experience. Read more

So initially, they forgot to add the fresh fruit to my ?build your own salad.? So I called them not really knowing what to... expect because some may think this wasn?t a big deal. However, I like their salads because of the amount of fresh fruit theygive which adds a pleasant amount of natural sweetness to the salad. Hector, who I assume was the manager who answered was verycooperative and understanding. He was quick to acknowledge their mistake and offered a solution which I believe is thedefinition of great customer service. Plus, their salads are so good and satisfying. Read more
