This is the Pioneer Sonic near Angelo's. Sadly, the Sonic failed again. I've tried to return to this location a few times. I'm... willing to give places second and third and fourth chances. But once again the service was absolutely terrible. Several of thescreens were broken, nonfunctioning. This place used to be a good place to stop in. Not anymore..... very disappointed. Read more

ZERO STARS. Got here at 9:40 pm. Two kiosks that we tried were not working. Drove to another one, but they would not answer. ... Finally about 10 minutes later we got a voice...a bland, sounded like she hates her job voice. They were out of chili, out ofcheese... they claimed. Now we're leaving! Because My husband went to their door and found out that they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE OURORDER! THIS was the WORST service experience ever. Read more

It's an OK Sonic. Their slushee machine is often out of order. The food was tasty but expensive for a fast food place. And they... forgot a whole Hamburger combo with the food order. They eventually did give a refund. The food that was there was good, freshand tasty. And the shakes and drinks were good. Use the sonic app and you get some good coupons. Read more

They are way too slow at answering buttons and way too slow at delivering food. Picking up a fast food order should not take... more than 45 minutes! Horrible experience and I won't be back. Make that over an hour....they missed 1/2 our order. Read more

Worst sonic in Irving they almost immedietely clear the app order from the screen so u think it's coming to the car..bc that's... what the screen says...was a full nother 35 minutes just for them to bring one drink. Unacceptable. Everything should be free atthat point had I not already paid and was being held hostage I'd have left. How about keep your orders IN order on the screen sopeople don't wait 45 mins while u figure out what u have and have not made. I had to push the button like hey you forgotme...after all the other cars around me left. Read more

Since Sonic drive in takes a long time, I placed my order online. When I checked in no one responded so I called using the red... button. I was told I was at the wrong location. Then they said oh you are at the right location. Finally, they bring out myorder and one burger was missing and when I told then, they send one person out to see what the issue was then another personcame out. It took a total of 4 people to get another burger which I ordered. The person who brought it out, she just handed thebag and walked off. It was one of the worst experience and rude customer service. I'm conflicted about my recent visit. First off, the screen is not functioning properly so I'll overlook that. I ordered a... number 3 and a number 7. Number 3 was supposed to have tots instead of fries and the number 7 was supposed to have onions andjalapenos added to the coney. The bun for the coney seemed to not be fresh, but however it was edible. Other than thesemistakes, everything else was pretty good. -2 stars for order accuracy and bun freshness. Read more

Never going here again, service was very slow and the food was cooked in dirty (or at least old) grease.
