Arrived just after 930 am. Stalls broken were at least marked from the outside so you didn?t have to back out after realizing it... was broken. Pressed red button on my stall and sat for 10 minutes with no response. Screen said I pressed the button. Also triedpressing again. No response. I left. Previous 3 star. Updated. Our simple order for 2 DIET Cokes was filled with 2 Dr Peppers again. Usually we don't find out until... we are back home. This has happened at least a dozen times this year. I am literally pouring money down the drain when I gohere. I won't be wasting my dollars at this location again for a while. Sadly, this location is close to our neighborhood andhas been good in the past. Now however?the staff is generally terrible (all shifts). Management take note! They are hurtingthis location. We have waited 20 minutes for our orders multiple times. Missing items. Trash cans are overflowing. The dumpsteris left open and stinks. About half of the orders bays are broken. And worst is the fact that the staff parks their personalvehicles in open bays (including the few of working ones) and in handicap without tags. This level of work ethic likely hasunseen impacts inside the kitchen as well. Gross. You need to get a training crew in here asap. Likely management needs somehelp as well to prevent this rapid decline and turn the location around. I can go on and on. Depends which one I'm rating.. the one on pioneer and Roger's gets 1 Star. They few times I've been there lately the slush... machine was "broken".dont make it a bad habit like mcds that machines keep breaking down, so I had to go to the one on shadygrove and story to get a slush and they get the 4 stars Read more
Fast and friendly service! This location is a drive for me having another Sonic around the corner. But I will 100% come to this... location then the one on Pioneer. I was in and out in 15 minutes! I would probably still be waiting to get my order at the otherlocation. Would recommend this place to anyone in Irving. The location was also clean and lighted up. Read more
This location is absolutely horrible. Poor customer service. Was flipped off and cussed by carhop for questioning the delay in... service. Manager came out and started crying and said the girl had already been written up once with another customer. Mangerasked me not to call corporate and a sob story that the other GM gave up on the store. This location needs an overhaulimmediately. Shame on upper management for not holding accountability. The past two times I have been to this location I have had issues. The first visit, it took them 5 different trips to my car to... get my order correct. The second visit, I had to move stalls because they never answered the first one I was at. Then, I havehad to wait more than 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. Read more
I ordered a 5 pc chicken dinner. It came out with an awkward breading on it and the pieces were slightly larger than the size of... the tots and it was somewhere around the amount of 5 if you added them together.
