General managers need to know this! A lot of their stalls are not working! They need to have them fixed at this particular... location. So if anybody can get this and do something about it that would be great! That was not appreciated! And a lot of themdon't work at all the stalls that is! So somebody needs to make sure that they see this that could be a health department issuebasically part of what needs to be done. I went to sonic pressed the button and 34 mins later still no answer and other ppl were doing same. So i went to different... location on beltline and it was perfect there. 2 mins passed and someone was taking my order 10 mins later my food was there. The one I will spread word of mouth that the sonic on pioneer is horrible!! Read more

This location is always busy so I knew there would be a wait. I pressed the button but it seemed to be taking longer than normal... so I ordered via the app. The response time was fair and the carhop was super friendly. Read more

I am soooo disappointed in the food served this visit(9/21) between 6 and 7pm! ???? Out of the many years I've patronized Sonics... I have never experienced this type of service. The food was horrible! I know they knew the tator tots were not fresh. Theytasted like they dropped them in old grease! The bag was so greasy!!!! SEE PICS. When I called the store back the phone justgoes right to voicemail where the recording says the vm is full!!! Who is/are the managers or GM of this location? You need tocheck your store out...you guys are not providing quality foodservice. Seriously it's bad. I've been going to Sonics since I waschild. You could always depend on getting good food and good service. What happened to the original SONICS?!!!! WE NEED YOUBACK...A REVAMP!!! Read more

If I could leave 0* I would , I?ve given this location multiple chances in hopes they would get better, I once went up to this... location for just drinks and it took an hour just to get them and since I already paid I couldn?t just cancel. 3 other timesincluding this time where I just left about 8 minutes ago, I got route 44s and the cup is 75% ice, so it?s nice that I?m paying3 dollars for a cup of ice . The next time I went I opted in and decide I?ll just get no ice, and still get the extra cherriesand cherry flavoring, apparently have 2 cherries and an excess amount of the stems of the cherries is what they consider extra.I always got the cherry limeade but this location NEVER seems to be able to make it the correct way, there?s always an off tasteto it, so instead opted to try the lemonade and add in cherry flavoring, I instead , still got a cherry limeade. I went after 10p. Apparently they turned their ice cream machine off. None the less, I had to eat. I got the #1 tots and... strawberry lemonade. They forgot the strawberry. When I asked the carhop was super nice and promptly brought out thestrawberry mixture. It was delicious. Late night, fast food, 4 stars for the nice staff. :) Read more
