They need to just shut this place down or get it under different ownership. 10 am opening time??? Seriously? And closes at 8pm?... Not to mention you have to use the drive thru because all the stalls are closed off. Hello Helen, it's a drive-in restaurant! Ihadn't complained because I thought maybe they were renovating, but now it's clear they are just dying a slow death. Soniccorporate jumping all over these reviews, but not doing anything about it. Stop telling people to call you, and dosomething,this franchisee clearly is in over his head. It's such a prime location, surely someone can fix this. Read more
What is up with this place? It's gone straight downhill. Stalls are all closed, and there is no way I'm spending 30 minutes or... more waiting in line at the drive-through. Sonic corporate really needs to get this one straightened out. It's the only one nearwhere we live, and my kids usually love Sonic, but they don't even want to bother. This is in a prime location, seriously don'tsee how they are letting this one slide so far down. Read more
Car ports are roped off. Sonic app is not available. Asked the server what she preferred off the menu and she stated she didn't... like anything they served. I appreciate her honesty. Read more
It?s nothing to do with the employees or the food, but the fact that we can?t use the app to order is aggravating. I end up... spending so much more money because we have to pay full price for everything instead of getting deals on the app. Sonic isalready ridiculously expensive to begin with. I can sit down at Chilis or Panera and spend the same amount of money as I wouldspend at Sonic without the deals. Read more

What happened to sonic? The food here is small and looks like old food. Its nothing like the ads. I ordered a chicken slinger... and it looks like its from the kid's menu.
