They need to just shut this place down or get it under different ownership. 10 am opening time??? Seriously? And closes at 8pm?... Not to mention you have to use the drive thru because all the stalls are closed off. Hello Helen, it's a drive-in restaurant! Ihadn't complained because I thought maybe they were renovating, but now it's clear they are just dying a slow death. Soniccorporate jumping all over these reviews, but not doing anything about it. What is up with this place? It's gone straight downhill. Stalls are all closed, and there is no way I'm spending 30 minutes or... more waiting in line at the drive-through. Sonic corporate really needs to get this one straightened out. It's the only one nearwhere we live, and my kids usually love Sonic, but they don't even want to bother. Car ports are roped off. Sonic app is not available. Asked the server what she preferred off the menu and she stated she didn't... like anything they served. I appreciate her honesty. Read more
It?s nothing to do with the employees or the food, but the fact that we can?t use the app to order is aggravating. I end up... spending so much more money because we have to pay full price for everything instead of getting deals on the app. Sonic isalready ridiculously expensive to begin with. I can sit down at Chilis or Panera and spend the same amount of money as I wouldspend at Sonic without the deals. Read more
Why hire people who refuse to work?? went to Sonic this afternoon? waited about 10 mins at the intercom and watched the staff... just stand around inside refusing to take an order. Echoing some other reviews about how slow this fast food place is. I tried ordering off the app and still had quite a wait. I... have been to a different sonic about 2 miles away multiple times and have not experienced such a delay. Also, screen 24 isbroken. 11 different customers and counting have had to find an alternative parking spot due to this deficiency. The delay is inthe kitchen. 201 N Denton Tap Rd, Coppell, TX 75019. What happened to sonic? The food here is small and looks like old food. Its nothing like the ads. I ordered a chicken slinger... and it looks like its from the kid's menu. The mozzarella sticks are also greasy. My uncle also said his chilli hot dog wassmall for $6. We're definitely never coming back to sonic. #disappointed Read more
