Very mannerless manager or whoever supervises this place. You sell a spoilt/sour soup. I asked to replace food without soup, ... stupid manager refused to serve another food or refund my money talking about a 3dollar fish is too expensive to replacemeanwhile he was willing to replace the yam($5) i bought alongside it with the spoilt soup on both the fish and yam. Talkingbut it was freshly cooked today like freshly cooked foods can't be made with spoil foodstuffs. Deadass store with zero customerservice. See you in court. Read more
I went to this Irving store today to buy "stewed chicken", I wanted 15 pieces, the lady selling it to me, tells me "I cant sell... more than 6 pieces" "if you want an order greater than 10 pieces then call ahead to order" Now mind you these statement shemade was said with an "attitude" Now can someone tell me why am I looking at a pan full of chicken and you can't sell me morethan 6 pieces? Was I begging for the chicken? Did I not have money to pay for it? I asked for the manager' number, she says"you are looking at the manager", I asked for her boss, she says "I should google" Now with this poor customer service aftertaking time out of my schedule to get this chicken and to be treated like this , how am I supposed to feel? This is extremelydisappointing. when will Nigerians learn "customer service is important" and understand that they are not in Nigeria were thiskind of behavior is considered the "Norm" over there but rather they are in AMERICA were customer service drives a BUSINESS! Went here yesterday and bought 20 fishes. I said at least 2 times to gut and cut in half. What did I see when I came home? Cut... in half but not gutted. Never buying fresh fish from here ever again. If gutting/cleaning fish is a service you don't offer, whynot just tell me? Not happy. Not giving 1 star only because for the most part, my experiences with other SW market have beengood. Read more
I read the reviews about this location before going in on Saturday 9/11/2021. I was already pessimistic with the amount of poor... reviews they've received in recent weeks but I decided to try them out nonetheless. I proceeded to the refrigerated sectionwhere they had bags of bell pepper and tomatoes on display and there were no price tag for these items so I ask the young mannearby who obviously works there if he knew what the prices were. He answered, "no he doesn't" in the most dismissive mannerand did not make an effort to find out. This is someone that was bagging up loose bell peppers! At checkout, the lady servingwas more interested in the African movie she was watching than in serving the customer before her. She made no eye contact,rather her gaze was fixated on the TV screen behind me. When asked a question, she responded with a frown and a "why are youbothering me" attitude! Well, the poor reviews on here are well deserved! I have been to the Garland and Grand Prairelocations several times and their customer service is much better than this location. Not sure I'd be making a repeat visithere. It is not a food bank for goodness sake! People come in to your store to spend their hard earned money and well withintheir rights to take their money elsewhere if you can't treat them with dignity and respect! Extremely poor customer service. The sales associates are very rude, like honestly these ladies are always frowning, they don't... like you asking them questions, they wont even answer to a simple Hello, like Jesss!!!, lighten up. They are very passive whenyou ask questions. I mean all of them, except the lady at the kitchen section. She is always lively and welcoming. When myhusband told me they opened a new location at Irving I was very excited since we use to drive from Forthworth to Arlington toshop at the other branch. We have been there 3 times and no thank you we will stick with the Arlington location. I will liketo spend my money where it is appreciated. Read more
I've been here about 3-4 times. The customer service at the frozen meat section is good. The cashiers are usually prompt and... polite as well. In my opinion, this location is MUCH better than the terrible Arlington location. Read more
