It?s been awhile since I?ve been through a drive through. I was missing my grandma while I was in line waiting and the cashier... Michael was on a camera (first time I seen this in a drive through ) he gave me energy and made me smile and the assistant atthe window gave me a compliment on my shirt. Made me feel good and I NEEDED That this morning. !!! Honestly , The customerservice is ALWAYS exceptional. The store is the Chick-fil-A of coffee and that goes beyond measure. After waiting for my order to be complete? the barista comes and drops the sandwiches in the counter in a rush and without even... care how the sandwich will land or look inside the bag,, I had to opened them both bags and fix the bread to be aligned with theham and egg that was thrown in there clearly. They didn?t put cheese at all on neither of them. The attitude of the personmaking the coffee was like she was hating to be there. I asked (excuse me,,, this egg white things where supposed to be 2orders) her response was? (they didn?t charge you for it, you need to get back in the line if you want another one) wow!!! Noteven sorry sir let me see what happened, or to say so in a more professional manner. No!, the whole experience was like I wasasking them for favor. My bill was 24 dollars which is not something cheap. I definitely expected better from that place. Iwill drive 3 more miles next time, BUT DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK THERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This is the second timethis happens at this place,,, last time I didn?t do anything about it. This time already got me to react. I have never EVERplaced a complaint or a review on the internet, but this time I?m taking my time because it was pretty bad and people need toknow. Read more

This location is wonderful, they are so so kind! I asked Hailey to surprise me with her favorite drink, and she was so cheerful... and happy to offer something new for me!! Every time I go to another Starbucks I?m reminded of how lucky I am that this is the one closest to my house. I have never been... to a Starbucks that is this fast. No matter how quickly I put in my order, they always have it ready for me at the window when Idrive up. I?ve seen people sit and give their order for a long time, just to drive up behind them and 8 cups of coffee are beingpassed through the window just as quickly as I put in my short order. Also they are so friendly and kind. Michael is my favoritedude. I always get the same thing and one day when the line is short he?s like ?hold on? if you order it this way it?s the samething but a dollar less?. Plus his banter is great. All of the people taking your order are friendly and chipper and so easy tojoke around with. Finally, the drink I always get comes out perfect every time. I get the cold brew with the cream foam. Iassume it?s tough to do right because other places get it wrong half the time, where cream is mixing with the coffee as soon asit comes out. My only complaint is I?m spoiled rotten when I go to other Starbucks that aren?t this good. Read more
