I been going there for 3 days in a row and the service is really BAD even tho the place was empty the last 2 days and was the... only costumer the counter was super busy talking and laughing with her friend that apparently was visiting her, she look at metwice and dont even ask about my order 10minutes later when her friend left she was finally ready to take my order, I thoughtwas just bad luck and today for third time that have 2 counters instead one and the same happened they were with a friend dobusy that don't even care about take my order or the other person that was in line waiting with me, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERASAND CHECK THE BAD SERVICE THESE LADIES GIVE AT LEAST AROUND 2PM IS THE WORST! This far by the worse Starbucks I have been to,I ordered a small coffee (DISGUSTING,NASTY,HORRIBLE,NOT SWEET AT ALL)8 in 8... liquid sugar it sounded as if there was a new bottle was needed ,double smoked bacon sandwich due to them not having the turkeyegg white that is being FALSELY ADVERTISED,I asked cashier could I substitute the egg for eggwhite she stated oh we can't dothat,I said ok I paid and she asked me did I want a receipt I told her yes and she stated I will have that right out for you,atthis point she tells I have to call management to get receipt,now I have to wait for her to pull my receipt which was at least15 min , remind you there was only 1 person ahead of me in line so it wasn't any distractions!Train your workers on how to makecoffee as requested instead of half doing the job!,This type of service is worth zero stars I only put 1 because I had to.Such adisgrace to serve something that you didn't care about making in the first place! This location does okay. Sometimes the wait is long, but not always. I think it depends on whether the other worker is getting... stock. Maybe they need a better system of stocking? Or maybe bring more stock up each time? My drinks have always been maderight here and the staff for the most part is friendly. I will always go here before going to the other Starbucks nearby becausethis one is way better. One complaint I have is that this location never appears to be very clean, particularly the glassdisplay case. So, I have never ordered anything much coffee. Read more
Perfect place for breakfast with good people. Their Coffee is the best plus their croissant. What a lovely morning to start.
