Someone on this team keeps messing up white chocolate mochas. The store is always willing to get me a new drink and they are... super friendly, but this is getting really inconvenient. I stop at this location on the way to work, so it's super easy for meto simply go back. Especially because they are located off a highway. So that means I have to find a different Starbuckslocation. The poor valley ranch location is constantly remaking my drink. Read more
This is my Starbucks of choice. Much better than the one on MacArthur. Limited seating, but fun + upbeat staff make up for it.... The drinks are well-made and the merchandise and coffee selection is lovely. Drive thru is pretty barren most of the daybecause this store is off the beaten path. Go now before it gets super popular! I come here a lot , I mean a lot and order caramel ribbon crunch and vanilla been Frappuccino. Not to be rude but I?ve been... getting my Frappuccinos really soggy like milk texture and before someone else made it awesome and that?s why I kept coming butnow it is just plain disgusting. I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino today and it was more milk than flavor , everything wasextremely melted (milk base texture) ? idk but I liked the other person who used to make the Frappuccinos. Husband and I ordered the toasted marshmallow oatmilk lattes at the drive through and they looked like mostly milk and were not... sweetened at all. It tasted really bad? very disappointing experience. $15 for bad coffee is not okay. Read more
I would skip this location. I was in the area and those one happened to be the closest, but I wish I would?ve waited. I asked... for a venti caramel Frappuccino and got a grande. Ok, no biggie, I?m thinking I don?t need all those calories anyhow. Thecashiers service was just meh, I was hardly greeted just asked what I wanted, offered no receipt (I?m one of those people wholike to have my receipt when I buy things) and could hardly drink the drink because there were so many chunks of ice in it. First time at this one and I must say I?m pissed? it was bad enough that my croissant was not a croissant and dry but they gave... me the wrong drink ???? I asked for a white hot chocolate and got a white mocha ???? of course it was too late to turn back as Iwas on my way to work. Definitely should?ve checked before pulling off **Update** Kept that drink until I got off work andreturned it with no issues, was able to get my white hot chocolate the next morning?. Thanks to the friendly worker who helpedwithout hesitation ***Tried this store one more time this morning 11/22 and I said White hot chocolate, lady said white hotchocolate mocha, I said NO just white hot chocolate and she even changed it on the screen.
