Great experience today! MARRI helped me with my order and also assisted with a refund when I changed my mind after purchasing... one of the reusable cups, because I wanted a different one instead ???? She was super friendly, super pleasant, and happy tohelp when I needed additional assistance. Super quick with the drinks too, and honestly they're the best ones I've had in awhile ???? First they ran out of everything, tried 3 items and failed. Then we ordered simple large cappucino. When I tried to reheat it at... home opening the lid. Its even less than half of the large cup making the quantity even less than a tall one. Reallydisappointed with the service. Read more
It's been awhile since I've been at this Starbucks location but you can tell that at 10AM on a Friday, they were already busy... with lines of car lined up around the corner in the drive thru. The register person was super busy but still acknowledged mypresence. She apologized for the busy state and asked me how I was doing twice. The consistency of drinks at this location is really bad. They just don?t know how to make them taste ?standard?? And I?ve come... here several times. The service is ok? I had someone at the drive-thru show me the tip option on the pad and when I skipped it,he gave me the most weird look. Tipping under pressure, no thanks. Starbucks doesn?t pay its employees enough?
