This is one of the better ones I've been able to go to. I'm glad. Next time I'm close by, I will make sure to come back. Don't... lose the pride I felt when I got my food. It is a rare thing to see. I ordered a steak bowl from Taco Bell because I was craving Chipotle, but didn?t not have time to go there on my lunch... break. Like the name suggests, it is supposed to be served in a plastic bowl with a plastic lid. Instead it was served in acardboard box with a burrito wrapper lining. I did not have time to go back for a refund or exchange, so I got stuck with thismess on a day I really needed a pick me up. ???? Also the rice was crunchy???? I?m just sad I spent $7 on this. So disappointed my 75 year old mother went there and they gave her the wrong order shes been having some hard times lately and... this was the tip of the iceberg she was so upset and started crying, your employees should double check the orders with thecustomers before handing them out, this is not the first time multiple times they get the orders wrong, customer service atthis location has gotten really bad.
