They always get my order right and service is pretty quick, the food is just as good as any other taco bell
DO NOT EAT HERE-They don?t care about health and safety. I seen the manager going outside to deliver food and came right back in... after touching the doors and God knows what else and jumped right back into making food. When I addressed the issue the justlaughed spoke spanish and continued to make food. I had to get a refund because that nasty hefer was not about to fix my food!! Read more
I have ordered from this place around 50 times and its been overall pretty consistent. The only critique I would have is that... the drinks are terrible. I think they skimp out on the syrup because the drinks are always very diluted. Also the chicken in thechipotle chicken ranch burrito is usually pretty bad. Other then that this place is a win. I am very surprised and upset about my order. I just purchased 4 burritos and 12 Cinnabons. My food was cold and incorrect.... When I tried calling several times no answer. . I thought since I was in an upscale area I would get superb service. Pleasantemployee but my order was not correct and it was cold. I?ll try in the morning to reach someone about this. I only gave 1 star because I couldn?t give zero. I went there 2 days in a row and they messed up my order. I am vegetarian. The... first day I told them to make sure no meat was in the order and they said don?t worry we understand. When I got home there wasmeat in almost everything. That happens some times so I thought nothing of it. When I went again today, I told them about whathappened last time and the woman taking my order kept cutting me off saying she would make sure there would be no meat. Thefirst thing I bit into had straight beef in it. I called to complain and the manager said that she had 3 new employees and thatit wasn?t her problem and that she wouldn?t refund it. My experience with this Taco Bell was TERRIBLE today. I ordered a Power Bowl (chicken) and two burritos. There were literally 5... pieces of chicken in my bowl with hardly anything for the rest of the items. So disappointing. The burritos were cold, thetortilla sticking to the paper. They were obviously prepared maybe hours ago and just given to me. I'm incredibly disappointedwith the service. My friend with me had the same experience a day ago. I've been a regular customer here, but DEFINITELY won'tbe coming back to this place. Would suggest an improvement in the portions being served.
