My son went in and was greeted by a young guy who said he was from San Diego was welcoming and cordial. He ordered a cheese... pizza which was delicious and perfectly cooked. Being from Chicago we are a little fussy since we are used to a great pizzaand finding a good one in the Irving area was a challenge. Pizza Press is the best pizza we have found!! Read more
Came to the pizza press with my daughter. I was really impressed with the lay out. The employee greeted said his name was... Jeremy.. (and joe came out to help ).....us as soon as we walked in asked if this was our first time told him yes. He told usthe history of the company and explained how the ordering and the idea behind the names of the pizzas. The pizza was very good.They gave us free wings for being first timers. The free sample of beer before buying is very cool. Joe changed the tv for us. Iwill definitely be coming back thank you for good service and food. Read more
Came to the pizza press for the first time as soon as I walked in it smelled clean and it was very clean? I loved the lay out... Jeremy was very nice and friendly greeted us as soon as we walked in. Explained about the restaurant and the pizzas.. made theexperience very nice.. the pizza was amazing has very good flavor..I would definitely be coming back!! Delicious, fresh pizza on a thin, chewy crust with crispy edges. We ordered The Post with pepperoni but with mushrooms on one... half and pineapple on the other. It was nice and light instead of heavy and greasy. Super good and so was the garlic cheesybread with marinara dipping sauce! They also offer free toppers on your pizza when it comes out of the oven, such as balsamicglaze, pesto, fresh basil, arugula, etc. We got the fresh basil. Absolutely wonderful experience! Fixed a wrong order when they were super busy. The pizza and wings are amazing and the owner... personally made sure our pizza was perfect when we got there. Love this place! Read more
Great experience at The Pizza Press! Delicious pizza. We loved the crust - it was thin and crunchy, our fave. Loved the... toppings. We ordered The Times, but without chicken (we're vegetarian) and we very much appreciated that they used red onions,because some places don't; some places use only white and it's a bit of a bummer. The cilantro was fresh, the bbq sauce was onpoint. They gave us free ranch to dip. The restaurant was extremely clean. And the staff were very kind and attentive. First time eating at Pizza Press and we really enjoyed it. The restaurant itself is clean, welcoming and well-decorated. The... menu includes pizzas, wings and salads and I appreciate that they make the dough and prep all the ingredients fresh in-house. Ialso love that they have a few beers on tap and a few large TVs, we may come hang out and watch the game here some weekend. Asfor the food, we tried the Herald, the Sun, and the cheese pizza. The white sauce on the Herald was so yummy and the Sun reallyhit the spot. The owner, Shawn, and his staff were warm and accommodating and we look forward to coming back. Read more
