So disappointing. I have NEVER received bad quality food from Wingstop until last night. I ordered delivery and when I got the... food the fries were cold. That?s typical as travel time was a little lengthy. The issue was that I received 1/3 of the friesthat?s supposed to be in a normal order. I quickly report it, not expecting that there would be an issue with the chickenbecause there never was. I bite into the first tender and it was RAW. I break apart all the tenders and they are ALL RAW OR HALFCOOKED. Even the smaller pieces. It ruined my night. I?m on a strict diet and this was supposed to be my cheat meal. I evenordered 2 hrs before (around 9pm) so nobody would be angry the order came in right before closing. Whoever prepared that foodshould be fired. I get hating your job, everyone does! but don?t take it out on the customers. Beyond disgusting and lazy. Iwill never eat Wingstop again, at least not in any non-hyper-gentrified area. Read more
I had never been a fan of Wingstop, but this location has made a loyal customer of me because flavors, presentation, customer... service and timing have always been perfect. I ordered delivery and the food was delivered to my house a bit earlier than thepromised time. Not only was I impressed because of that, but the food was hot and mouth-watering. A must try. Read more

After giving the young lady the name for my order, her coworker informed her that my order was ready along the table. After she... went and retrieved my order from the table, instead of handing it it to me while I was standing there, she sat the order on thetable and turned away and walked off. No "Have a good day" or anything. Very nasty and rude employee. I love Wingstop butthis will be my last time at this location. Very bad service with that employee. She was nicer to the employees she had tospeak Spanish to. I watched all of the employees and customer interactions considering we all had to wait around and watch andlisten for our names to be called. Read more
