The staff is usually friendly. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins, to get home and find there was no egg. This is the... second time this has happened. Not to mention the countless other times my orders have been wrong.I have tried calling to speakwith someone but no one ever answers the phone. I could see if they were busy but I was one of the two cars in the drive-thru.It never fails at this location. Be sure to heck order before leaving. Read more
They were out of nearly everything on the menu. They got our order wrong and we had to wait another 20 minutes in the drive... through line to correct our order because the lobby was closed. The staff was rude. Read more

Usually the chances of getting 5 star service at ANY McDonald's is slim to none. This location was no different. Our fries were... STONE COLD-not even a little warm. We saw no point in going back, as we figured if they would serve cold fries to begin with, wemay possibly have to deal with an "attitude" when we returned. Read more
I went for a Big Mac combo I spent $10.81 I asked if that was all she said yes. I placed the bag in the seat then asked my son... to fold it down to stay warm. I told him he could have the fries. He?s 5 he reached and grabbed the box to find they put maybe30fries! WTH???? A positive note the young boy didn?t repeatedly ask is that all. They were laying sideways under the hot &spicy. This establishment is so mismanaged that it would be better suited as an entertainment venue than a fast food place. It is rare... to get food in under 30 minutes. When deciding to bring your party here to eat, imagine waiting 30 minutes in a 'busy'restaurant (see images), and then getting food with random spots of grease, half cooked orders of French fries packed withburned french fries, and employees who are confused by the notion of taking customer's orders. They get the simplest order wrong, and fight with you when you tell them to fix it. They don?t know how to use the register or... count correct change, and they could not care less. They hire the most incompetent and apathetic people on Earth. The menu wascut heavily over the last two years with no intention of improvement. It needs to be torn down. Read more
