This place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Much MUCH better than the East Orange location. They give you EXACTLY what you ask for! I love my... ribs well done with a little extra burn on them and they always get it right. Workers are beyond polite and know how to treatcustomers well. Never once had a problem. Wish I could put zero. Called at 6:18 for an order for delivery. Gave them my name, address, and number. They gave me a 45... minute wait. 7:30 pm comes around I call again asking about my delivery. She said ?honey you need to wait and give them time.Wait a minute? she didn?t even ask for any information. I wait till 8pm? called again and supposedly they never took my food todeliver. They asked me if I wanted to have it delivered still. I?m like no, my food is cold and it?s been too long no thank you.Ordering Chinese food right now because they never disappoint. I have been trying to give this place a chance since last year when I moved around the corner from the place. It has been hit or... miss with them. The ribs are generally ok but the shrimp was just so so. Actually, my favorite thing was the rice and beans! Ilove them and they give you a lot! But today I ordered ribs and chicken and the sirloin steak. The ribs and chicken were good,never really had any problems with the chicken, but the steak was tough. It was my first time ordering the steak, so I can'tcompare it to anything. I would still suggest Burnetts if you haven't tried it already, but I think I am done for a while. Brunette Barbeque is excellent with chicken, pork, and potato dishes they serve. The food is always nicely flavored. The aroma... of the grilled food is quite inviting upon entering this place. There is ample parking in the rear, so the dining experienceshould be convenient for those staying longer or shorter. Their customer service is excellent! The atmosphere istransformative as well. This restaurant is located in the area on Chancellor Ave, where several car repair places are. I oftengrab a bite to ear at Burnet B.B.Q. at the same time, waiting for an oil change.
