I decided to check out this Catering company on a whim while browsing the internet for food caterers near me. I am SO glad I... came across this one. Firstly, I can?t say enough about Mr. Roscoe?s friendly and professional demeanor. He was extremelyresponsive and gave us superb customer service from the door. He exceeded our expectations in every way. His delivery was promptand he went above and beyond with the food. Apart from everything on our menu being DELICIOUS, we tasted the LOVE. Everythingwas flavorful and savory and came hot and ready to eat. Everyone at the party commented and asked where I got the food cateredfrom and I almost wanted to keep it a secret for my own benefit! I was looking for someone local to our friend's area to order food for a most somber occasion. I don't live in Irvington, but... they do. I started searching caterers in the area and RMT Buffet Catering came up. I read his prior reviews, had a good feelingabout it so I took the chance. So glad I did!! Chef Roscoe was on it!! He went over the food items with me, made sure I hadenough for the estimated amount of people coming. He was so understanding of the situation, told me he'd take care of everythingand he really did. The day of I called him last minute and asked if I could purchase disposable table cloths from him...hedidn't even charge me. He came, helped set up all the chafing dishes/sternos. I have ordered catering trays multiple times now from Chef Roscoe. The food, where do I begin.... let's just call it delicious... and everything you need in your life right now. The flavors are on point, the prices are fair and he and his staff and not onlysuper professional but also kind-hearted. Love love love this guy! Food is always fresh, hot, and great for the taste buds. I thought his place was a buffet but it isn't,... however he will host small parties there. He has catered a few events I went to and he is great every time. I've never heard acomplaint about him and he is really courteous! I have and will continue recommend him. Read more
