Normally I don't have any problems with this KFC. I like to support us. But today II stopped by a little after 12. I ordered the... number 5 which is the hot wing combo. The wings were saturated in grease!! They were hot as if they just came out of thegrease. So clearly they did not place them on the sheet to settle. Drive through experience was unprofessional, simply terrible! Girl was rude, told us if we needed to add a side we needed to go... around the drive through when there were no cars behind us cause it was slow. Then instead of 10 pieces of chicken we got sevencold greasy pieces. Then they forgot to add Mac n cheese and when we asked her she simply got upset and didn?t apologize. I'm from Montreal and the KFC's in the U.S are really on a whole different level than the ones in Canada. I am very impressed by... the choice of side diches (cole slaw, sweet corn, mac'n cheese...), crispy chickens sandwiches, the types of chicken and combos.I also appreciate the fact that the cashier noticed we were not from here and guided us through the menu and that we could seewhat was happening in the kitchen. Despite all this, every dish was a bit too salty to my family's taste, especially the friesand the chicken skin. However, the price we paid for the amount of food we got was worth it. Too slow ,poor customer service. we have to wait for more than half an hour for the chicken. The grilled chicken ,biscuits... weren't fully done inside, the mashed potatoes so mushy and the string beans were overcooked and too sweet.they used to bebetter I don't know what happened???? won't go back there anymore????
