Very Bad how they treat the black people that work in the restaurant as well as the people who walk in ! It?s a predominantly... black neighborhood and the Spanish people are very disrespectful! If you don?t like the people don?t work the job this is aurban community with some hard working people just trying to get a burger ! The worse!!! 6am. No one took my order in the second lane so I pulled up to first window to order . Then credit card machine... goes down. Meanwhile the homeless begging for food/money on the side of my car. I told the girls just let me pay cash , she goes, wait wait wait . Now I?m aggravated . Machine works and I wind up giving homeless $5 just to leave me alone . However , girlat second window was nice but very unorganized and dirty on the outside . I can imagine the inside . I used the app & still ended up repeating the order. (No meat,means no meat.) My vegetarian passenger was vex.(the manager... apologized & offered another sandwich might I add)We gave the sandwich to a homeless person a mile away & kept it moving. I don?t eat here much but I work close so... not many options. From what my co-workers tell me. They often mess up your online... orders. One thing that really bothered me is the fact that almost half of the ppl working here aren?t wearing hairnets, some ofthem being managers as well. Preparing food.... Other than that it?s decent. Ok I?m come here a lot. To call and get no answer really frustrate me even more about this matter because this complaint is... important. Before deciding to write a review I called 5x and no answer. I was being calm about the situation but to now get mycar shampooed is over the top. I order a Steak egg and cheese on the Mc Griddle with a large ice tea. I put the ice tea in thecup holder of my car. I gets home to take the cup out of the cup holder and the entire drink spilled in my car. Come to findout the lid they gave me DID NOT fully secure the top of the cup because it was broken as you see in the picture. This is veryunacceptable when I keep calling and no one answers. To let them know about the lids and what happen. I come to this McDonald?sbecause it?s close to my apartment. But as of today and no one can answer my call would be the last time I?ll come here.
