I usually don?t have a bad review for this place but my order was incorrect. I ordered a NY style and received a regular large... pizza and was charged $14 which was the price for the New York style. Instead of the manager rectifying the situation, he madeit seem as if I didn?t know what their version of NY style pizza was. I have had it before and have been ordering from themlong before he became manager. I could?ve have easily sent a screenshot. He dismissed what I explained to him and then heproceeded to ask me what color was the box was. The pizza was significantly smaller than the ?so called? 16? inch NY stylepizza. I?m never ordering from them again. A costly lesson learned and a long time customer lost. Read more
I picked up my order the other night and when I got home my pizza was warm and looked old. Like the pizza was someone else's... that didn't want it. I usually have a good experience with this location, but highly recommend Kenilworth. The kid that waitingon me was very polite and professional, but there is no excuse for giving someone what was obviously an old pizza. One of theseals on the box was already broken and didn't notice it until after I left. I only live 2 mins away from the store, and I gotthere on time. No excuse for such laziness. Amazing, picked up 'my supposed' pizza ????, only to get to the house and open it, did I realize it wasn't what I had ordered.... Oh, did I get angry as hell! when you have waited for 25 minutes to pick up, only to be handed a wrong order. But then mistakeshappen and man is to error. I called the manager and explained my situation, he listened and apologized and promised my pizza???? will be delivered, my pizza was delivered in no time with no delivery costs, I enjoyed my pizza, was satisfied and remainedloyal customer as before, of course I'll keep getting my pizzas from Papa John's Read more
Oh My Goodness! This establishment is in "The Hood" (and that ain't good)!! No parking, so make sure not to go alone cause... someone will need to circle the block while you wait for your food. The poppers we got were overcooked and not edible. Theproblem is my son Loves Pappa John's but next time we will have to find another location. Read more
Ordered our food. It was taking long so my husband called to check on our order. The employee that answered was EXTREMELY rude... and nasty to him. They took the payment but never delivered our food and ignored our calls. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! Go to the onein Union or Maplewood U won?t get ripped off at those locations. Read more
