One of the slowest fast food experiences I've ever had. I walked out. But, it's very clean. The parking lot is okay.
No stars!!! Worst experience of my life. It took a lot of restraint to deal with these disgusting individuals. Very... unprofessional. Order was incorrect and then the associate has an attitude? Seriously? Asked for a manager after enough wasenough and instead had the window closed in our faces after the associate said BYE!! What type of place is this? Definitely givefast food workers a bad reputation because people have to deal with things like this. I don't appreciate how we were treated atall. I will never return to this location again and will be sure to tell everyone exactly what we endured. No just cause forthat type of behavior and disrespect. I was going through the drive through to pickup two door dash orders. I was told to join a line of parked cars. When I pulled... over, there were people walking up to the window asking and waiting for orders. The woman at the window was speaking very rudelyto waiting customers. She was stocking condiment packets, sweeping the floor and wiping down counters instead of serving thewaiting customers. When she was seen leaving the store via the front door hugging someone in the parking lot. I waited one hourfor two order. I waited so long my Door dash customer called me from the app twice find out why the order was so late. I put mycustomer on speaker to question the rude employee directly. People who are commenting negatively are most likely doordashers and Uber eaters who are not the from the neighborhood. If you... come to the Taco Bell personally service is the best thing they have . Everyone is gracious and are happy to help. Food isconsistent and probably the best Taco Bell I?ve had.
