Food is great! Waitresses treat us well. But the last couple times we've been there our orders got messed up. It wasn't the... waitresses fault. My family and I go to Applebee's very often, it is our favorite restaurant. This most recent visit, however, we went to the... Irwin location and were informed that they don't give or allow crayons at that location. I asked a second staff person and wastold the manager simply does not order them because they cause a mess. It might seem trivial, but part of the reason we likegoing there is because my youngest kid likes to circle his menu items on the kids menu and then we all play tic tac toe (whichis printed on the kids menu) while we wait for food. Again, not w huge deal, but it's enough for us to not go to that locationagain. We will go to our usual Applebee's or a different restaurant. Read more
**EDITED REVIEW** We went back 3 more times enjoying our drinks and meals until the last Saturday we went in and was treated... horrible. Mark, Marcus, whatever his name is, the manager on duty was RUDE and ensured we will NEVER visit this location everagain!!! Can't put a flower in an azzhole and call it a vase!!! They always have their two for $25.00 deal, which is perfect for us. Actually, I?m small eater, so I usually left overs for the... next day. The food was delicious and everything was corrected, the curbside service is excellent, they actually hand delivertakeout order directly to you, so are not leaving your vehicle. ???? We went tonight as a family, we took my parents with us as well. We got there and got our name put in and got texted when our... table was ready. We loved that ! We were able to sit in our car and wait till our table was ready. Our waitress was amazing !The food was exactly what we ordered and was delicious ! The half off apps and drinks was great as well. These five stars are for Whitney! She was our server tonight and she was fantastic. My friend ordered something not realizing it... had bacon, which she cannot eat, and after one bite (and immediate regret), I spoke with Whitney who was perfectly kind andhelpful. Whitney had the meal remade promptly and was so understanding and helped us through an awkward moment with no apparentdifficulty. She is a gem (and her service tonight was perfectly timed and exactly what we wanted) and we appreciate her. Read more
