stopped in sunday for a "quick" lunch...that didnt happen. we waited over half an hour for three subs. the team there all... looked lost. they were clearly behind on orders and one of the associates was just aimlessly sweeping the floor. as we werewaiting, another customer came in and stood for 10 minutes before anyone waited on him. very poor service Read more

Fresh cut meats and cheeses per order, large variety, 3 sizes of sandwich, and a little pricy but much better on taste than... their competitors. Servers were incredibly polite and helpful for a first time visitor. Interior was clean, neat, andorganized. Grilled foods cooked per order not ahead of time. Read more
My wife and I have always enjoyed their subs. A lot better than some of the other chains. The only reason I am leaving three... stars is because of their poor service when using their mobile app when ordering. I showed up on time for my order and wasignored for almost a half an hour. My bag wasn't on the front counter with my name out because they left it on their backcounter and forgot about it. So when ordering from here, it's best to do it in person and not the mobile app in my opinion. Read more

This review is written after 4 visits. Real good subs, quality ingredients reasonably and competitively priced. On line ordering... and paying through the app is quick and easy. I like the rewards program. The time given for pickup on the app is highlyaccurate. Despite this it is still not my preferred place to order a sub. I prefer my subs toasted and there is not an optionfor this. Its not too bad if I?m taking it home as today where I can pop it in the oven, but if I?m working I can only get mypreferred sub cold. That?s a big minus for me. Plus it would be nice if they had a meatball sub. Who doesn?t like a meatball subon occasion. That?s another reason I?ve skipped over them in the past. One other thing to note. Their cold subs are very wet.There is no option on the app where you can ask for the vinegar and oil on the side. One could call in their order, but thatdefeats the convenience of the app. Get extra napkins. Its yummy but a little messy?? Have been here more than a few times and always had a good sandwich. Went for dinner tonight at 7:45, closes at 9... none of the... 5 employees who were standing around talking and NO other customers were there and not 1 person said "Hi" or acknowledged mypresence in any way. After being patient for a minute after standing directly in front of all of them I loudly said "hello?" andwas then met with " I was going to say Hi after I put my gloves on" by one of the staff.
