We went to this McDonald's and put our order in at 6:08PM (order #1645) on the app. Our order wasn't ready until 6:35PM. We had... a 2 year old to try and keep from losing his mind while we waited for almost 30 minutes for a 10 piece nugget, 4 mcdoubles, anda basket of fries. Every child there started to freak out due to the wait. The family next to us also had a toddler who startedscreaming after waiting for 30 minutes. They probably waited 10 minutes longer than us. When we finally got our food they forgotboth of our sauces. I went back up to the register to ask for the sauces and had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for an employeeto come near me. They looked as though they were avoiding customers and making eye contact. They never acknowledged the wait.This was a nightmare. I am writing this not much longer after getting home (after 8PM) after spending 1.5 hours at McDonald's.Also, the play area is terrible for little kids. Well the playgym is opened in Irwin .. my cheese burger was extremely thin .. love the fries as usual .. staff is young and... pleasant. They are working hard there. My granddaughter loves the happy meals. Read more
Keep your good memories from the old Big Mac Museum. There was way to many changes made and the play area was incredibly hot.... Corporate Should have left the original play area equipment it was much better than the new one. Read more

My husband wanted a fish sandwich so we went to the drive thru. I didn't know what I wanted but the person waiting on me went... over the menu for me. I chose a chicken sandwich, adding lettuce and tomato. Was pleasantly surprised. It was good. Soexcellent service and good food. Will return. Read more
We went here because this was the McDonald's Big Mac Museum. Well the food maybe good but as far as museums, don't bother... coming....if you're in the area and want to see a 20 foot display of Bic Mac past advertising campaigns then stop by. Read more
Interesting McDonald's....however from the looks of the pictures, the look of the new design compared to the old look..I prefer... the old look. It doesn't feel like a museum now, sadly. The service was good, food was hot and fresh, bathrooms were clean! Read more
The Hempfield Plaza McDonald's is filthy and the food is always cold, hard and nasty. We live nearby and prefer to drive to the... 119 location which is always clean with fresh, warm food. That location deserves 5 stars. Both locations have been this way forthe last decade. Read more
