They're always out of everything. Not sure why but every time we come even if it's like 4-5pm they're out of bread or cheddar... soup. Or whatever it may be. I don't know who does the inventory but they probably need to review it if they're consistentlyrunning out of things. I wouldn't be as mad if they didn't let me purchase the food several times without telling me itsunavailable so I get called to the counter to ask your alternative. Read more

First time ordering food to go they didn't put the bread bowl in my bag. When I realized it was missing I was already home. Went... today and was waiting for my curbside order, I saw a worker put two bags on the pick up counter by the door. We waited for ourorder because it was curbside, but when I got the email it was ready and they still didn't come out I was kind of annoyed. Myhusband went in and it was one of the bags sitting there on the counter. The whole time we were waiting with our blinkers on,obviously there for curbside, while one of the girls was just sweeping and sweeping. Nobody even acknowledged us or asked why wewere waiting. I don't know if I want to bother coming back. What concerns me is if someone cannot get out of their car due todisability to get their order, what will they do if they were just ignored like us? Very disappointed today. Had to wait to get waited on because the 2 girls at the counter were to busy looking at something on a... cell phone. The place was out of a lot of things at 12 noon. Out of 2 kinds of soup (one being broccoli cheddar), hardly anypastries made, and all the fresh brewed teas were empty. Read more

Panara is always good..picked up a complimentary bakery item for my Birthday. Big plus!.. But: the coffee was extremely... week..very light..other than that ..great service ..high prices..very good product!! Read more

I have ordered online multiple times and there have been too many times that my order is wrong. Tonight, we ordered a sandwich... with chips and bowl of soup with a baguette. They forgot the soup ???? the baguette was in there, without the soup. By the timemy husband got home and I called, they were closed, so I had to just get a refund and have my husband get a container of soupfrom Giant Eagle. Read more

Great job: Order placed for dinner, online was ready quickly (walked in when I received the text, and the bag was placed on the... take out shelf and within a minute) and items received were accurate. Not so great: Drove across the street to the hotel to eat(5 minutes, max), and the mac and cheese was cold - lukewarm if being generous. This is a food safety problem when hot food isnot kept at a safe, hot temperature and then served to guests. Less concerning but also disappointing: no napkins, no wrap orpaper on the bread (did someone just grab it by hand and throw it in the bag?). I don't like to give negative reviews, but Ihope the food safety concerns can be investigated and rectified for the safety of other customers. Read more

Ordered online received email letting me know order was ready for pickup. Arrived and order not at pickup area or anywhere in... store. They then begin filling order and have to ask me what the order is. Then they would have forgotten cream cheese had Inot been paying attention. My tip to them is to eliminate the "Tip" screen that always comes up while paying just focus ongetting orders placed correctly. Read more
