What happened to our Pizza Hut! Is it staffing issues or just poor management? This is the only bad thing about living in this... area. IF you can find a time that they are actually open, the food quality has gone down drastically over the past few years.and I repeat that is IF you find a time they are open which seems like a very rare occasion lately. It's a shame that they arerunning this classic Pizza hut building into the ground, I guess soon it will just be another relic that we drive past and say"look kids, that used to be a Pizza Hut." Ordered dinner this evening and had my kids with me so the curbside option was great!! We just sat in the car a few minutes and... the food was ready. We got home to eat and food temp was still hot and everything we ordered was delicious!! Read more
Awful customer service! We placed an order this evening. After waiting almost 2 hours for the delivery we called to inquire,... and were told the order was delivered and signed for, but not by us!!! We were placed on hold multiple times, each time upwardsof 20 minutes. When I asked to speak with a manager, the person answering the call communicated to her manager by swearingwhile I was still on the call. To remedy, I was told my card would be refunded in 5 days. We were not offered to have a mealdelivered. Unacceptable!! I also expressed concern for my name being signed and credit card information being given someonethat was NOT in my household. The manager continued to argue that it was signed by the address given! We have proof on ourhome camera, that the delivery was not at our home, which was communicated to the manager, who continued to argue! Totally RUDEand unprofessional ! BEWARE! Pizza hut is not what it use to be. Back in the day it was the best pizza. But in today's world it has went down hill. The crust... don't taste the same, there is hardly no sauce, no cheese, your pretty much just eating dough. This pizza hut is also outdatedbig time, you would think the franchise would force these franchise owners to update there buildings but NOPE, not hereWestmoreland County. And when you give a review you get an automated response because this is how lazy people are today. Quick and friendly service. Quirky and fun murals on parking lot back walls! Table and booth seats weren't well cleaned from... previous customers. The restaurant is in need of remodeling or at least cleaned well to get rid of all the stickiness. Parkinglot needs a re-do too. Building is ratty around the edges. Read more
Tried to give this location another chance? to my surprise they were actually open this time! But guess what, they weren?t... taking any orders, so basically, they were closed like always. I?ve worked at a Pizza Hut before, it?s not that hard. It?s sadto say but this location really just needs to shut down, or at least bring in some corporate trainers to train up theirmanagement and staff. Read more
