Extremely slow, not clean, staff didn?t know what was going on.
Poorest experience ever. I went in to get some dinner around 6:15p. Two young boys were working the counter. They took a minute... to approach the counter after I came in to order. As my sub was being made, the sandwich artist kept ripping the meat whiletrying to peel it apart and used pieces to make my sandwich. (Didn?t get half the meat I should have). After roasting, the nextboy took over adding my veggies. He seemed to be moving in slow motion and piling the veggies on (too many). They didn?t haveItalian dressing, only packets and normally this doesn?t bother me but after this experience it just added to the list. Afterfinishing he wrapped my hoagie, (not correctly). He gave me a half wrapped hoagie that he struggled minutes to put my hoagie ina bag. The boys didn?t say much to me or each other while getting my hoagie. I was the only customer in the store. They didhowever ask me to tip them. Couldn?t believe the audacity!!! I didn?t tipped them. I eat here often and never really had anissue until today. These underage boys need some supervision. They didn?t seem right at all. They seemed under the influence. Iwill not return in the evening hours to this location. Read more

This location was very clean, ACTUALLY had fresh and not wilted ingredients. Very kind employees, this is my new location, I... will drive the extra 10-15 mins, well worth it when the one by my house is always gross. Read more
Can?t read mobile orders. Ordered 4 foot longs online. Each sandwich was made wrong. When tried to call up, would repeatedly... hang up. They have no clue what they are doing. Very badly managed location. Read more
First we went to the jeannette location. They were out of bread. What sandwich joint runs out of bread. Then we went to the... norwin hills location. All started good. I told the guy behind the counter i had a coupon for footlongs and asked it i could dohalf and half. He said yes. He went on to burn 3 out of the 6 halves. When i asked for new ones to be made he got upset. Then wego to check out and suddenly the halves he said would not work with the coupon. I asked before i ordered. He said i dont knowwhat to tell you. I would not have ordered what i had if the coupon would not work. So done. They need to pull their acttogether. Read more
The two workers were awesome. Young people usually aren?t as personable or professional but these two were great(a tall dark... haired young man and a shorter blonde haired girl). They took pride in what they did and our sandwiches were wrapped neatly andtightly and they were patient with my young daughter. Read more
