It says they close at 11 but we were there at 10:27 lady was talking to us about to take our order and then she just turn off... her headset we were waiting for 15 mins it's not 11 yet and we pulled up to the window and the employees were hiding literallyno signs of anyone working there horrible service! People aren't stupid enough to pay $43 for 3 western cheese burger combo.. cashier didn't even show me the receipt for it.. nice... try to scam people with money. I HOPE IT'S WORTH LOSING YOUR JOB CASHIER!! The combo is $11 ×3. Definitely no more than $35...nice try lady ???? Read more

Went there exactly at 10:00 p.m. on a Monday in October 3rd and the rude employee said they are closed when they are obviously... 24 hours a day according to the sign that's posted in front of their restaurant horrible service will never come to thislocation again and most likely will probably never eat at this place again thanks to the rude employee who does not know how totalk to people.. Horrible horrible night service. Who ever owns a white Nissan Altima was working the night I pulled into the drive-thru. Left me... there for 10 minutes till I realized they had an auto-com playing on the speaker. I hear that vehicle start up and left me therewithout saying anything. I really don?t get why you?re going to be a 24 hr restaurant if that isn?t the case. I get if you?reshort staff or there?s an emergency, but it?s not that hard to leave a note on the speaker or window to let the public knowyou?re closed for night. Worst service late night .Its says 24hr but between 11pm and 2am good luck you never know if they are open.The employee always... say " We are closed the system is updating" Itsxa million dollar Company and they can't get a new system. Only reason I try tostop here is because I work grave yard down the street.I wished the Wendy's next door was open 24 hrs because Jack n the Boxgets boring. My advice is fix the system or close after 9pm and send the cracked out looking employees home you will save some$$$$ and bad reviews!!!! Read more
Saw commercial for the new Carl's Jr BLT chicken sandwich, so I went to Carl's Jr specifically for that. Ordered at drive thru... and didn't see what I was given till I got home. I was looking forward to it since it was different than what is being soldright, kind of tired of the chicken, pickles and mayonnaise that everybody and their mother has right now. Opening up thewrapping I noticed right there was no bacon ,lettuce or tomato in this sandwich just chicken, pickles and a very sparing spreadof mayonnaise. Just a side note fries were not crispy, just limp and barely luke warm. They weren't even busy only 1 other carbesides me in the drive thru and 1 car in the parking lot. Chick-fil-A has a line of cars going down the street and they can getthe order right, come on! Read more
