There food is great prepared to your order, food is all ways hot and the drinks are never flat. Keep up the outstanding job
No Refills on soda or coffee or any other beverages. Don?t waste your money here. Another McDonalds is located on Azusa Avenue... just to the south exit side of the hwy 210. Always have problems with this Irwindale north of hwy 210 location. Go to Azusa Avebeside hwy 210 at the south exit. Another McDonalds just to the south at Irwindale east side of road at Arrow Hwy is whereeveryone goes to, not at the Irwindale and hwy 210. Managers tell you the bad news and step away so you don?t have time to sayanything about McDonalds business standards. Simply stay away. 2 years ago, customers who coughed or sneezed would be asked toleave the store over fear of having Covid-19. The people were friendly enough. But I was charged a dollar to add pickles to a chicken sandwich. I've never been charged for... that at any other McDonald's, ever. They only put two small slices on the sandwich anyway, which means I'm being charged 50cents per pickle slice. And the $1 drink magically became $2, even though the menu board still says it's a dollar. Can't givethis place my business anymore. Read more

Went for a late night dinner and returned the next day. Food was bomb. The costumers service was awesome. The 2nd day we went... the was a problem with rude costumers that did not know how to act in a restaurant. Those people should stay home... My familywas sitting next to them. Order online to pickup but I still have to wait about 10 minutes or so after I arrived. The staff are quite busy during lunch... time, but they work hard, and very courtesy, nice, and patiently waiting for you. I had trouble with my McDonald Deal and one ofthe staff point to me what need to do. These kids are very nice, and patient at a young age. Read more
