1. Doesn?t accept Apple Pay. The only Wendy?s I?ve been to that doesn?t accept apply pay. 2. Went at 11:30am on 9/28/22, whoever... the Girl was that is taking orders through drive thru was RUDE. moment I pulled into the drive thru she had attitude. Moment Iwent to pay she had attitude. With her boss or whatever next to her. Give the girl a lesson and to have better customer service.She seemed very unhappy working here, don?t like it ? Get a better job girl. Read more

Last week 8-18-22, I ordered at the drive thru a Dave's double meal and ate my meal on their parking lot. I love Wendy's but why... do they always have to microwave the patties? The burger was burning hot, cheese was see through cause that's how microwave hotit was. I don't get it why can't these burger places cook the meat when you order. This was the worst service I have ever gotten . The manager or whoever that girl is, was rude and refused to change my drink... when asking and literally said , your not going to change the drink right because I already did it and I am not going to do it.I also asked her for a frosty and she didn?t give me that either. I rarely have bad reviews but I have to share the bad as well... I'll never visit this Wendy's again. My issue was I wasn't... allowed to use mobile pay, and Wendy's app and website states Mobile pay accepted. I use Samsung Pay on a Galaxy Note 9 for 3+years so I know where my phone works and doesn't work. I pulled into this Wendy's at approximately 10 pm, after having a niceevening with my family. I ordered about $20 dollars worth food. Get to the window, have my rewards scanned because I dine atWendy's few times a month, I could tell by cashier reaction he didn't want to scan my phone, I told him I was gonna pay with myphone, he tells/ask if its apple pay, I said "no it's samsung pay", he then says "we don't take samsung pay", now the old sayingif I had a dollar for everytime I heard that I would be rich, but back to my bad service here, I told him "my phone works atmost locations I'm told it doesn't", because of research of technology hardware in my specific phone, so I ask "if I could justtry to see if it goes through", if it hadn't then I would know it doesn't work at that Wendy's location, and I would have paidwith my physical card, so he tells me "no it doesn't work with samsung", I said again "let me try", he basically refused to letme see for myself where I can pay with my mobile phone at. I asked what his name was, he said "Matthew", I pulled off withoutmy meal very upset after having a great day at work and fun evening with my family. I could have and wanted to invested my $20in Carl's Jr. next door after this whole ordeal, but my family was set on getting Wendy's. I drove to another Wendy's inBaldwin Park, off 10 fwy and service was excellent ????. I ordered food for family, was greeted with smiles, allowed to use myphone to pay, without no snap back of unhappy cashier.
