I have lived within a mile of this place for 15 years. Me along with many others have regularly had exceptionally slow service.... Well over an hour for food. Have had to go inside to order drinks for the patio on numerous occasions. I have had food overcooked, undercooked, with hair in it and food that I just plain never got because their poorly trained staff forgot to put theorder in. My last trip their my drink had hair in it. In my opinion the owners do not care about the quality of customer serviceat all. Plenty of other great places to go around the area. Read more
Like the patio and the music. Just wish during the day the bands would be less LOUD. Can?t hear your conversations with others.... Food is ok. You better have lots of time because service is SLOW even when it?s empty. The owner sits on her butt and watchesnobody get waited on. Waitress brings out one pop at a time to a table of 3. 2 of which are the same soda! Just don?tunderstand. If it weren?t for the patio, I wouldn?t go back. It?s close and convenient. Tone the music down during the day andhave better, faster servers, and it?d be a hit! Read more
Food was mediocre at best. The waitress was rude and was a terrible server. We thought we'd order an appetizer but she couldn't... be bothered. Then waiting to get our check was ridiculous. I could see her standing there doing nothing but chatting with thebartender and looking at her phone. Place wasn't even busy. Won't be back. Do not recommend. Read more
This place has horrible food, terrible service and tried to stick my friend with my bill saying I only left $6 on a $26.53... tab. We arrived at 7:40pm on Friday 3/23/18 for the live music and all you can eat fish fry. They were out of fish. I ordereda steak medium rare. Waited 45 minutes and finally asked my server where my food was. She went and checked on it. Came back andsaid that they were putting butter on it. 10 minutes later she came with my steak. Mine was cold, thin as shoe leather and cutinto it, it was well done. It took so long to get the first steak I just ate it because I wasn't waiting another 45 minutes formy steak. There were other service issues at our table (3 reminders for milk, 2 reminders for a soda refill), as well as myfriends were charged for all you can eat fish and had one serving (they were there earlier). My bill came. I gave my server two20's she said she needed change. Came back 10 minutes later, gave me my change. I left an undeserved $6 tip. An hour after Ileft my friends text me saying that they charged her $26 for the bill I didn't pay. She raised hell with them and I called andbitched them out as well. 'It was my mistake', said the server, 'i forgot you paid cash.' When one friend went to discuss beingshorted to the owner they argued with her about what her family was given to eat. From where we were sitting we could seealmost the whole restaurant, there was not a lot of food being served and the place was full, but the sections looked to bedivided up well among the servers. My daughter is a server, I am quite empathetic to servers, but this was horrible combinationof server issues, kitchen management and food quality. The only saving grace was the live swing band. Fun place, friendly (though not fast) service. Good food, fries are great. Room is nice location is nice.
Wonderful to work with for our wedding event at the pavilion. Very organized and knowledgeable and hard working for a big crowd.... Food was great. Service was amazing. Bartenders were very friendly and wonderful. They also were accommodating for special needsand setup and cleanup. Read more
The service is always great and friendly. I love the fact people can bring their dogs on the patio. The Ashley burger ???? is... outstanding and the make great drinks. I always enjoy sitting on the patio in the evening. The prices are reasonable and thepull tabs have very good to me there. The live music can be hit or miss. Read more
