Yesterday was the first time in 17 yrs I had to return my drink to be remade, it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my... life! My husband and I ordered 2 drinks...neither had double shots of espresso, his didn't have extra caramel, mine was mostdefinitely was not blended extra either. Mine tasted like frozen water with a hint of mint and his was watery light carameltasting. When I brought mine back to be remade it wasn't much better and the girl was kinda snobby about it. Pulled up to the drive through couple minutes before close. No one answered at the intercom. Drove up to the window and saw an... employee crouched down hiding behind the till so they didn't have to serve us. Once the employee knew we saw them they jumped upand told us they just closed. I asked that I just needed a couple gift cards and I was told they had already closed out theirtills.....disappointed with this caribou.
