Yesterday was the first time in 17 yrs I had to return my drink to be remade, it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my... life! My husband and I ordered 2 drinks...neither had double shots of espresso, his didn't have extra caramel, mine was mostdefinitely was not blended extra either. Mine tasted like frozen water with a hint of mint and his was watery light carameltasting. When I brought mine back to be remade it wasn't much better and the girl was kinda snobby about it. Very friendly staff who work hard to get the orders out quickly. If there is an issue with an order and you call and talk to the... staff they are more then willing to fix it for you. Family friendly environment as well! Read more
Pulled up to the drive through couple minutes before close. No one answered at the intercom. Drove up to the window and saw an... employee crouched down hiding behind the till so they didn't have to serve us. Once the employee knew we saw them they jumped upand told us they just closed. I asked that I just needed a couple gift cards and I was told they had already closed out theirtills.....disappointed with this caribou. This location is inside a Coborns grocery store. Great staff, clean, and if you have a non coffee drinker with you they can... grab a soda or juice 15 feet away! Lots of tables and an outside seating area. Read more

They deserve a 10/5 :) Even though they had run out of the product for my favorite drink (Turtle Mocha Over Ice with White... Chocolate) they were still willing to do what they could to make me satisfied. I will definitely be a regular here. I recommendpeople should go here. Friendly staff and great customer service!
