I mean seriously, if you're reading this review about McDonald's to determine if you should go toMcDonald's, then you have devoted far more time to this decision making process than 95% of the United States population. I got 2 breakfast burritos. Seriously what I really got was two Tortilla wraps with some gross tasting cheese in them. There... wasn't a spoon full of meat in the two combined. Read more
Waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes and never got my food. Had to go inside to get it. But the first time either.
About half the time I?m there, they forget part of my son?s happy meal (usually the drink).
This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to as far as customer service, everytime when I use the drive thru it takes... them about two or three minutes to take your order. Then you wait even longer around the corner of the building and my order iswrong or missing items. This McDonald's needs some serious new management and employees that want to ßo a good job.. Absolutely awful. All I needed was an iced coffee and small coke and the staff ignored myself and another gentleman. He said he... stood there 10mins before he was even noticed. They were so focused on drive through they didn't care about in store guests. Iwas rudely told that "I needed to order from the kiosk because it would be faster". Why couldn't you just take my order? Isn'tthat your job? I will NEVER come back here again. Corporate should really review this store. Read more
Filthy inside and not at a busy time of day. Flies crawling on EVERYTHING, very nasty. We had to keep shooing them away from our... food and beverages. Also had to ask a team member to wash a table for us as they were all dirty. One staff member was moppingfloors then went right back to serving customers (getting ice cream treats) WITHOUT WASHING HANDS! In addition to dining roombeing nasty the restroom was the absolute worst I have ever seen. It was the women's restroom and it was grotesque....poop, peeand "other" ladies fluids on top, sides, inside and under seat of the stool...disgusting! Not sure if men's room was asbad... We listened to younger staff being reprimanded by a manager very rude and sarcastically. Was not constructive criticismat all. Burger, small fry and nuggets sat on tray (NOT warmer) while they waited for more fries to finish cooking for valuemeal. By the time they were done rest of the food was cold. Burger super sloppily put together....nothing like a cold, sloppyburger. Absolutely disgusting experience....will NOT return and would NOT recommend this McDonald's to anyone! Read more
So called construction causes them to open later and close earlier then their posted hours as well as the hours on their note.... Also do not be the first shake of the day unless you like getting cleaning solution in your shake. Read more
