We came to town from North Carolina and everything was great. We did have a small issue with an item not being delivered for dad... but our server was prompt to get it out quickly. Being in hospitality myself, I was especially pleased with the manager Heatherwho not only got my dad some fries to munch on(he?s picky) but also made sure the rest of our dining experience went off withoutanother hitch. I also saw her engaging with other guests and helping her staff. This is not the normal in dining out anymore soit was definitely refreshing. We will definitely be back next visit! Read more
Absolute worst experience! We arrived and was seated in the patio area, 15min in we were still not greeted by a server. We saw... one girl walk by us AT LEAST 5 different times assisting other tables. I stopped her to kindly ask if we have a server and shesays oh I'll be right with you. 10min later she finally comes back to take our order, no apologies or anything for bypassing usnumerous times and not at least even letting us know she'll be right with us. We understand if you're busy but simple thingslike that go a long way. She's taking our food/drink order and I asked her what kind of Bourbons/Whiskeys they have. She didn'tknow so I just asked for a Jameson because usually most bars have that. 15min later she comes back with one drink, not mine, andsays they're out of Jameson. Once again asked what else they have, she still didn't know and went to go check. 10min later wesee her assisting other tables and bringing food/drinks out. Another 5-10min goes by and she finally comes back and strugglesremembering to tell me what liquors they have. So to make it easy I ordered a Redemption Bourbon since that's one of the few sheremembers. 10min later she comes back and says they do not have that either. Mind you, we are literally sitting right next tothe bar! At this point we requested the manager, he comes and we advised him of our experience so far and he apologized. He letsus know they actually do have Redemption and he would get it and didn't charge us for it. He brings the drink and at this pointat least 30min has passed and still no food so he goes and checks on it. Meanwhile, our server continues to pass our table anddoesn't even check to see if we were good or needed anything. The manager finally brings our food and half of it is cold. Sampler was good and kids menu was good. Wings were great as usual but the cauliflower wings(?) were horrible for my taste.... Batter was too thick and curry flavor was not a good pairing for it :( Read more
We arrived slightly before noon for some lunch. We have enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings from visits there in our home town. We tried... this location in Edison NJ and were very disappointed. From the get go they seems bothered by our presence. They wanted to setus near the bar but only had the high-top type tables. We preferred a more normal table due to one of our party having a slightdisability. So, they placed down in the regular dining area. Unfortunately, that meant we didn't get very good service. As youcan see from the photo, we were the only customers in that section. It took several minutes for a server to show up to take ourdrink orders. When we ordered our food, we also ordered an appetizer. Both the food and appetizer were brought our table at thesame time. Maybe our idea of an appetizer is out of date, but we thought that should have come first. The appetizer was tasty,which is good, because the rest of the food was cold. The wings tasted like they were reheated from the night before and thefries weren't edible. Getting refills for drinks was another long wait. It seemed the server was only interested in customersthat were either up at the bar or sitting close to it. Quick apps at tbe bar, the bartender was very helpful about what is vegetarian on the menu and what may seem like it but it not.
After a long day of work, bdubs never fails. Usually get chicken wings but this time changed it up and got the cauliflower wings... with Asian zing sauce. The service and food were very good and overall a great, fun experience. Read more
