Outrageously slow & ridiculous service here! Takes about 30 min to even order drinks and an hour to get food. Food finally came... and we asked for utensils to eat. 10min passed and the server brought us napkins. So we asked for utensils AGAIN & AGAIN!(total 3times) After good amount of time, when food got cold and stiff, we raised our voice to the server asking where our forksand knives are. The server literally said, “ Why are you yelling at me” And finally brought (plastic) forks. LOL I guess theEnglish word “utensils” was too sophisticated for our server. Yikes!!! We stopped in for a takeout order. There were literally about 6 guest in the restaurant. I think it realistically took... 35 to 45 minutes to get potato skins, fries, salmon, and rice. It’s typical Fridays food, but I was left scratching my headon the preparation time. This review is based on the long wait time with little to know people in the restaurant. Cool time onsalmon at 350 is approximately 20 minutes. At 450, it’s 12 to 15. Not 35 to 45. Read more
I went here with some of my family and it was nice! The food there was good (I only ordered a cheeseburger and fries). The... waitress was very nice and friendly. They also had great desert there. Would recommend to go there! Read more
We placed an order on door dash tonight and had some questions about sauces and sides that we couldn't find answers to on the... app. We called the restaurant and Autumn was able to assist us with all of our questions and needs! She was super nice, friendlyand knowledgeable. We received our order exactly how we requested and everything was delicious! I have been to this location several times and have had mixed experiences. I wanted to get some quick take out while I was in... the area. I ordered online and since I enrolled on the website and I was able to get a free meal. I ordered the beyond meatburger with fries. It took about 20 minutes. When I arrived I parked in their lot. They had indoor and outdoor seating and theplace was decorated to promote their new items on the menu. I walked in and was geeeted and told the server my name. The niceman handed me my food and I left. When I got in I ate and the burger as I remembered was tasty. No issues and I have no problemreturning again. Read more
Enjoyed this trip very much! We ordered the traditional wings with the whiskey glaze as an appetizer. The wings were cooked very... well and weren't soggy. (Which I hate tremendously!) The sizzling chicken and shrimp was my entree tonight, and it was preparedvery well! I normally get overcooked chicken with these type of dishes, but not this time.
