The manager, Jessica, is EXTREMELY rude. Stopped through the mobile order pickup, no one greeted us after 3 minutes while there... was no one else in the drive-thru. So, we pulled around and the manager approached with a VERY hostile tone, and slammed thewindow in my face after telling me to pull around again. She should NOT be in management position. I feel very sorry for theother employees who have to work under such poor management. Read more
I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews, but this is a damn good Taco Bell. It is 10 times better than the one in... Marquette and I will go out of my way to go to this one instead. I love that they have a mobile ordering drive-thru separatefrom regular ordering so I can get my food quicker because I don't have to wait for people in front of me. Also they loadeverything 5% more than the other taco bell in Marquette. The food is always hot almost to the point where I have to let it cooldown for a sec which is a great thing. Drive thru time was a nightmare, fast food it was not lol. Took 45 mins from time to order to time picked up, and I still... didn't get all I order, had to refund part of it as it wasn't ready yet. Food is fine, service was good, training new peopletakes time, but when you're on the clock as well it's not. Read more
