This place should muster a 4 star rating, location is great. The brand recognition is great. I have come through many times and... always seem to be let down in one form or in today's case multiple forms. They were out of 2 of our choices(they did offer bothwith a 20 min wait, for drive through?????). The gal that was on drive through you could barely hear( she was wearing a mask)but I had to repeat my self or she asked twice. My bowl came to me with 80% chow mein,20% entre. What little entre there was, itwas way past shelf life. My wife's plate was fine this time, but many times she has gone there and not been able to order themain entry due to it being out. I have TRIED to eat at our new Panda Express 5 different times. I go here specifically for the Super Greens. Each time I have... went it has been around 1:00 pm. There has been only crumbs or no super greens. When I ask if they will have any out soon theirreply will be "your wait time will be at least 5-10 minutes" it's a fast food joint. If you see crumbs in your daily foodservice why would you not be on the ball making more so it could be replenished before it runs out? How many other people turnand walk out because they can't get what is offered on the menu? Needles to say I'm done waisting my time. I'll just make myown. I won't be going back. Read more
I stopped in when they opened. The food was mediocre, the fried rice had no flavor. The orange chicken was chewy and inedible.... The egg roll was good, but half the size of Golden Crowns and 1.00 more. I was hoping it was good too. Read more
I went there at 910. Dine in and drive through says 930 online and on there enter door. Yet they were locked and cleaning.... Ignored me knocking and I Went through drive thru and she said due to the time that they already closing that they were verylimited. Like only 5 things left. I live 40 min away. Very upset I didn't get my regular order. I started to eat here oftentoo. Very upset. If you are going to lock your doors early, post different hours. Read more

Very glad to have another option in La Grande, but so far the cooking has been inconsistent. One time my veggies were chopped... in huge chunks, another time they were overcooked, one time they drowned in too much sauce. Also, the staff stops preparingfood way before closing. I went in 45 minutes before closing and was told that they had a half order of this and that, and alittle bit of this other thing, and were out of way more than half the menu. Decent food. But out of a lot. No sweet and sour for the ragoons. No bowls so everything served in tiny boxes. Very difficult to... eat in a moving car. Perhaps put noodles in a bigger box and top with the entree on top like a bowl. The gentleman behind thecounter was nice though. Read more
I went threw the drive threw and specifically asked for smaller pieces of orange chicken... Because I usually waiste the bigger... pieces... And she told me shed take a look for smaller pieces....and surely they did as so. I'm very impressed. It was aridiculous request and they did it anyways!
