Slow and understaffed, you'll often find gas attendants making your sandwich while the actual employees stand around helplessly.... Do they all have food handlers training? Nobody knows. One time we tried to get a sandwich only to be told they didn't want todefrost more marinara sauce at 3pm on a Wednesday. So yeah, pick one of the other two locations if Subway is your jam. Try thedrive thru if you want to jump the line inside- they will make your sandwich first even if 10 people are waiting in line. Read more
I just recently ordered three sandwiches which were 9-grain wheat toasted w/ turkey, American cheese, lettuce, and Mayo White... bread w/ toasted with turkey, American cheese, lettuce , olives, and Mayo White bread w/ turkey, American cheese, and Mayo Andnone of them were wrong the 9-grain wheat didn?t have cheese and wasn?t toasted. The toasted white wasn?t toasted, didn?t havecheese, and hardly any Mayo. Finally the non toasted white was toasted when we asked for the other one to be toasted, and nocheese. Honestly I wouldn?t recommend as my experience was bad even when I got up to the window it was poor customer servicewasn?t polite at all and threw everything together like it was nothing. Read more
I am a regular customer here and have been for over 10 years. But ever since they hired the new cashier (Cat is her name I... believe) I refuse to go in. She has been nothing but rude to me, many customers from what I?ve witnessed, and even the otheremployees both on the gas station side and the subway side. I?ve talked to a handful of my friends who shop here regularly andthey have all had the same negative experiences with her. Everyone else there is great, but she is the reason I will now go toelsewhere! Read more
