Food was ok but the service was horrible. Did not receive all of our order went to counter to tell them and was completely... ignored. Even loudly said "Excuse Me" and nothing. There was like 5 or 6 people in there. Noone responded for several minutes.They were out of any diet drinks, I have diabetes. Out of large cups and Silver ware. Totally bummed they didn't have sour cream or lettuce when I went there this last time . They also screwed up my order but this... time in a good way . I asked for a number 6 which is two challupas and I asked for steak instead of ground beef . They had myorder down as a number 2 with steak which is soft tacos . They fixed the order and surprise at the bottom of the bag they hadthree soft steak tacos . They must have been fast to have made those while I was still ordering my food and when I saw themistake on the board and told them they must have just said screw it and put the tacos in anyways so that's an awesome screw upin my opinion . They also made sure I was ok with the no lettuce and sour cream before I started my order. Great job taco bell Read more
The workers were great, but the food was horrible! They only had 2 workers with at least 10 cars in drive thru at all times. I'm... sure the food would have been better, if they would have adequate help. It wasn't my first time eating there, it was just myworst experience, with no fault to the 2 workers. Do not waste your money!!! I ordered double meat on my burrito supreme and there was NO MEAT ON IT- The pics are of 2 beefy... cheesy quesadillas- also NO MEAT. Called and spoke to manager and they said they would put a note for a refund at drive thruwindow and when I went to get refund they said there's no note so no refund! AND THEY WERE INCREDIBLY RUDE this has happenedmore than once at this Taco Bell. Very disappointing. Read more
Place says closes at 12 but if you show up at 11:45 they will say their closed and just sit in the back and watch you run though... the drive though. Employees also very often fail to put NO Ice in drinks, and have been told ?oh well it?s already made can?tfix it? Old staff was great, they were awesome, but the new staff they have gotten in the past few months are terrible to workwith. Read more
