I ordered coffee here because it is on my way to work however sometimes the coffee is made correctly other times it is... absolutely disgusting I do not understand what their process is but it's sad to say I can go to another one and they can get itright every time. I never ordered because the poor employee was so overwhelmed. This young man was doing his best, but was running the store by... himself. There were five customers in the store, and three cars in the drive-thru. It was all he could do to keep up with it. Ihope he gets a raise because I think it is absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional to leave one person running a store likethis at a busy time of day. I am giving the employee three stars for his hard work and zero stars to the people who left himalone. Read more
This is the worst location I have ever been to. I ordered 4 items yesterday and 2 out of the 4 were incorrect. You tell them... your order and they wait until your order is almost all bagged to put it in the system. For example, she asked me if it was achocolate long john I ordered, when I has asked for a chocolate milk. When I mentioned it, the rude lady at the window foughtwith me and told me to not come back. You do not have that good of a memory, obviously, so enter it as the customer is tellingyou what they want. Every order is either wrong or burnt. I mean every order. The food is always stale. I always try to go back to give them another chance, but it never gets better. I usually like to order... a bagel for when I?m on the go and they never spread the cream cheese on the bagel. I might as well make it at home. Ordered acappuccino blast and the whipped cream was expired. The donuts are always stale too. I?m gonna have to wake up earlier to go tothe Wauconda location now. Read more
Worst Dunkin ever!!! 3 days in a row I asked for extra matcha in my iced matcha latte and nothing it is like milk but of course... they charge me for the extra matcha. I ordered 2 orders of egg bites bacon and they give me veggie not to mentioned they had mepark in back and wait 20 minutes for 2 avacodo toast 2 snack bacon 2 egg bites I counted 17 cars go by me. My food wasn't evenwarm. Never will I go here again and because they had me wait so long I was 15min late to work. Read more
Asked for 2 Hot Caramel Lattes. When they got the correct items on order, one young lady asked if we wanted cream and sugar in... our lattes. Ummm, that's not even a question for a Caramel Latte. When we got them, they were horrible. Tasted like they leftthe caramel out and the coffee was strong and bitter vs what we normally get from Dunkin. Won't try that location again Read more
Just stopped to fet coffee for me and my daughter 1 coffee was hot and the other was an iced carmel coffee and it had no Carmel... and ordered 2 sesame bagels with cream cheese worst bagels never had a problem before 1 was sesame the other was plain and itbarely had any cream cheese i felt i was only eating the bread.
