My wife and I love this restaurant. The food is amazing. I really like the Chicken Scarpariello but anytime I've tried... something else it's been great. The Davinci Salad is one of the best salads I've ever had and I am not usually a salad guy. Anytime we can get out and away from the kids this is the place to go. Read more
DIRTY BANDAID FOUND IN FOOD! I used to always order from da Vinci?s because it is close to home and they usually have great... food. This time, I found a bandaid wrapped around a rigatoni in my meal. I am disgusted by this and will NOT be ordering fromthis establishment ever again. Refunded for meal, but the damage was already done. My husband and I were throwing upimmediately afterward. Ordered a house pie for delivery and this is what I got. I wanted olives on my pizza, not a pizza with my olives. Not to mention... the crust is so soggy I had to eat it with a fork. At this point they might as well call it a deep dish pizza. This might passfor edible elsewhere but this isn't a good pizza. This ain't it chief. Read more
This is one of our very favorite places to eat on Long Island! The restaurant is immaculate, comfortable and intimate as well... as being festive! The food is delicious with extremely generous portions and fairly priced. The Waitstaff is attentive andprofessional. The owners take great pride in this restaurant and we love to come here. Nice place to stop and enjoy a fresh, hot Italian dinner if you are in the Jones Beach area. We stopped by on our way back from... the Magic of the Lights show. Place is nicely set up for the post-COVID era - well separated tables, lots of space, largeinteriors. Food was fresh and hot. The filet of some, calamari, seafood linguini, and the chicken Francese were the best of ourpicks. The pasta in garlic & oil was a little too deep in the butter / oil sauce, but still tasty. The only less-than-idealsituation was the fire alarm kicking off three times during our brief stay for dinner. Hopefully they are able to fix theheating issues and get it sorted out shortly.
