great food, great vibes, drinks menu is a little small but had the best drink i?ve had at this place (miami vice)
Hi. I haven't eaten here yet but the drinks are delightful. The atmosphere is peaceful and the music keeps you snapping your... fingers and maybe a dance or two. The crowd can become a bit immature and loud and that's when you can leave. The younger crowdcan get drunk and stupid. The older adults are laid back and relaxed. Enjoying their meal drinks and company. Loving the spaceand decor. However again the 21 to 30 crowd can become a headache. They can even trash the place. Become very sloppy and leavetrash all around. This place has sand and they should clean every night but they don't. Once or twice a year is enough for me.I want to support this place but it is starting to become a bit tacky because of the younger crowd and the place being dirty attimes. They need new tables and cushions. Cushions should be a yearly thing. They buy the cheap ones from ikea so it seems. Whynot purchase a few new ones. To keep up the decor? Even some flowers would be nice. Rack the sand from spit, cigarette buds,napkins. Utensils etc. Wash the deck down. Matter of fact stain it with some new paint! Do not waste your time and money in this place. The beach theme decoration is nice, but it is extremely overpriced and the food... we tried was blant, no flavor at all. I paid almost 17 dollars for a Jack and Coke that was flat and tasted like cough syrup.When my wife mentioned to the waitress she said that she will replaced it and we waited but it never happened. They don't reallycare of the service they provide since they already include 20% tip for the "service" in the check without notice. Go to Peter'sclam house for real fried seafood and great drinks! Atmosphere is great. Service and food was lacking. Had a party of 9 and at first it seemed good, but our server practically... disappeared. We were waiting close to 20-30 minutes for our food, drinks, boxes, check, etc. We noticed that other tables,especially with larger parties, had their waitress check in with them really consistently. I am totally supportive of gratuityincluded in the bill especially with larger groups, but in our case over $100 tip was not deserved for the service we received.We?ve been here before and were quite disappointed. It's definitely touristy and kitschy. As for being a "waterfront" restaurant, Yes it's on the water but there are no real views... and the feel is that of an over priced, drinking hole. The menu is very limited and VERY PRICY. Yes seafood is expensive but ablackened Mahi sandwich no bigger than McD's for nearly 30 bucks is a bit ridiculous. Service was average at best. Dinner was 90minutes long and we saw our server twice. The food runners and busboys are great, saw them a dozen times and they got useverything the waitress forgot. Lol. Go once, for the experience but after that there are 20 other waterfront restaurants within10 miles that are 10x better. Read more
Had an awesome time for my first visit. Good was much better than I thought it would be and they played great music the entire... time we were there with a great mix. Everything was spaced out and outdoors so you could escape the pandemic in peace. Definitely would recommended and go back. Read more
Great place for a date night or enjoying it with the kids. The servers are all helpful in what to choose and what drinks pairs... with your food. 2nd time here, we can't wait to bring our friends. Read more
